How it works

  1. Subscribe and download Kahel for Windows. Extract the zip and run the app.
  2. Add your ICS links (Airbnb, Booking.com, Habea) or sign in where needed.
  3. Click Start Sync to load bookings and set automatic sync if you like.
  4. Block dates, import or export calendars, and manage availability from one place.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Download and run. Download the Kahel zip from the Download section, extract the entire folder to a location on your PC, then double-click Kahel.exe. Do not run the app from inside the zip file.
  2. Activate your license. When you first open Kahel, enter the license key you received after subscribing. You only need to do this once per device (or after your subscription renews).
  3. Add your calendar sources. In the app, add your Airbnb, Booking.com, and/or Habea calendar links. You can paste ICS export URLs from each platform, or sign in through the app where required so it can discover your calendars.
  4. Start a sync. Click Start Sync to fetch bookings from all platforms and sync availability. The first run may open a browser for login—complete the sign-in in the browser window that appears.
  5. View and manage. Use the single calendar view to see all bookings. You can block dates, run sync on a schedule, and import or export ICS feeds—all from one place.
